2. What Data We Process
Interest in beta access: your email address and a record of your consent to receive a notification when registration opens.
Account data: name, email address and AuthorityHub login credentials.
Content you enter into the service: texts, links, documents, images, videos, and information about your brand and content strategy.
Data from connected social networks (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube): basic profile information (name, profile identifier and, where applicable, profile photo) and the access permissions you grant us. We never see or store your social network passwords.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and service usage logs necessary for operation and security.
3. What We Use the Data For
If you sign up for beta access, solely to notify you that you can register for AuthorityHub. We will not subscribe you to our newsletter without your further consent.
To provide the service: creating and editing content, storing your materials and outputs.
To publish content to the networks you have connected, exclusively on your instruction (after you approve it and click publish). We never publish anything without your instruction.
To display the name of the connected profile so that you can choose where a project is published.
To secure the service, fix errors and communicate with you.
We do not use social network data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis
The legal basis for notifying you when registration opens is your voluntary consent. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing via the link in the email or by writing to the controller’s contact address.
Performance of a contract (provision of the service), legitimate interest (securing and improving the service) and your consent (connecting social network accounts, which you can withdraw at any time by disconnecting the account).
5. Processors and Data Transfers
We pass the email addresses of those interested in beta access, together with the consent record, to Ecomail, into a separate list used only to announce the opening of registration.
To operate the service, we use vetted providers of cloud infrastructure, databases and AI text processing. Content you enter may be processed by AI models solely for the purpose of creating the outputs you request.
We pass content that you publish to the relevant social network or email tool of your choice. The processing of data by these services is governed by their own policies.
Where data is transferred outside the EU, this is done on the basis of standard contractual clauses or other safeguards under the GDPR.
6. Retention Period
We retain the data of those interested in beta access for the purpose of announcing the opening of registration until that purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn.
We retain data for as long as your account exists. Deleted items remain in the trash for 30 days and are then permanently removed.
We remove access to a social network immediately after you disconnect the profile. After your account is cancelled, we delete your data within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
7. Security
We store social network access permissions in encrypted form, and they are available only on the server. Each user’s data is kept separate from that of other users.
8. Your Rights
You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent to a social network connection by disconnecting the profile in the application or in the settings of the network concerned.
You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
